Ekenberg & Andersson has advised the stock exchange listed Chinese company group China Travel Service in the sale of the Swedish subsidary Svensk-Kinesiska Resebyrån AB to management. Svensk-Kinesiska Resebyrån AB was the first Swedish travel agency that offered organized tourist travel to China, starting in 1978.
