Ekenberg & Andersson Advokatbyrå has assisted IK Investment Partners in its acquisition of the majority stake in Norweigan Colosseum Dental AS.
 
Colosseum Dental is Scandinavia's leading provider of dental care with ten clinics in Norway, seven in Sweden and two in Denmark with approximately 350 employees. For the financial year ended 31 December 2009, Colosseum Dental Group generated revenues of NOK 382 million.
 
Ekenberg & Andersson has assisted in the Swedish part of the acquisition and advised connection with shareholder issues etc.
