Distribution Law

A company can only distribute its products in the market if its distribution process works efficiently. Gaining an overview of the channels that should be used and the terms on which distribution should occur can be difficult, and the effect of legal regulations in the field can be critical.

Ekenberg & Andersson assists suppliers of goods and services, not only in their domestic markets, but when they are establishing themselves in new ones. We provide advice on appropriate solutions for the individual company and assist in drawing up supplier agreements, retailer agreements and agency agreements, etc.

We can also provide advice on issues relating to fair trade law, e.g. with regard to pricing to the end-user and market shares.
