Labour law is constantly changing and legislative provisions in the field are complemented by a range of agreements between the labour market’s parties. Labour law not only includes the type of contracts based on collective agreements, but the negotiation and resolution of more individual contracts for companies’ key individuals.

Ekenberg & Andersson Advokatbyrå har advised China Travel Service in the sale of Svensk-Kinesiska Resebyrån AB

Ekenberg & Andersson has advised the stock exchange listed Chinese company group China Travel Service in the sale of the Swedish subsidary Svensk-Kinesiska Resebyrån AB to management. Svensk-Kinesiska Resebyrån AB was the first Swedish travel agency that offered organized tourist travel to China, starting in 1978. The company is still among the Swedish market leaders within the sale of group- and custom travels to China and Southeast Asia.

Ekenberg & Andersson recruits attorney Jonas Rogberg

With a special focus on M&A, Jonas will lead the firm's work on the Asian markets, particularly China. He was previously a sinologist at the Swedish Embassy in Beijing and has since 2007 been working at the Corporate Finance Department of Delphi Law Firm with a key role in the firm's China practice. As a Mandarin speaking Swedish lawyer, Jonas will assist both Swedish companies with their business in the region and such Asian companies that have interests in the Swedish market.
